What is the difference between PP woven and PP nonwoven?
They are both made from polypropylene, but they are constructed differently. The nonwoven material is softer and feels more like a fabric that would be used in clothing and the woven construction feels more like plastic. Both are machine washable but the woven material is more easily wiped down.

Are there heavy metals used in the ink? aka, Lead?
No, our manufacturers practice safe manufacturing processes, which are monitored by a 3rd party quality assurance company.

Where are your bags manufactured?
We have a number of different tote bag manufacturers depending on the material. We have facilities in China, India and manufacturing in North America.

How do you control the quality on your overseas production?
Our manufacturers are monitored by a third party quality assurance company, which is recognized by Canadian and US government environmental agencies. Many of our manufacturing facilities are members of Fair Trade and are FSC certified.

What is your minimum order quantity? (MOQ)
Depending on the artwork and the material required, it can be as low as 1,000 pieces.

Do you have stock bags?
Yes, we have stock bags that can be printed or not, depending on your requirements.

How long does it take to get our custom order?
Usually it takes approximately 10 to 12 weeks from sample approval for your order to arrive at your door.

How does the order process for custom bags work?
Our design and sales staff will first help you to determine the type of bag that you will require. We will provide you with a die line (a digital layout) of your bag in your required size for your artist to place artwork on. Your layout will be sent to our manufacturer to be checked to make sure that everything will work and a confirmation will be sent back to you, the customer. Once you have approved the layout, the print dies will be manufactured and a sample of one will be made and sent to you for your approval. Once you have approved this, manufacturing will be started, and once the order completed it will be shipped to us.

Because Grauman Branded Packaging is a one-stop shop for all of your packaging requirements, we work with a very large variety of businesses. We are lucky to work with all types of retailers, including department stores, sporting goods stores, pet stores, office retailers and home stores, as well as large discount chains and supermarkets. We also work with promotional companies, Universities, Colleges, sports teams, government agencies, libraries, trade shows, municipalities, PR agencies, banks, restaurants and even health professionals. We provide them with everything from reusable bags to paper bags, printed tissue, ribbon and boxes, among many other items.
